I2R CNC Machine 2-Year Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage
• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
2. Eligibility
• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Proof of purchase is required via warranty registration at www.i2rcnc.com/warranty
3. Scope of Warranty
• The warranty covers all parts of the I2R CNC machine, including the spindle, control electronics, motors, and frame.
• The warranty includes labor and repair costs associated with fixing or replacing defective parts.
4. Exclusions
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts (e.g., brushes, belts, bits), or cosmetic damage.
• The warranty is void if the machine is modified, improperly used, or subjected to harsh environmental conditions.
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow the operating instructions is not covered.
5. Claim Process
• To initiate a warranty claim, contact the customer service team at the sale origin point, with a detailed description of the issue, along with proof of purchase.
• Our team may request additional information or conduct remote diagnostics to determine the cause of the issue.
• If the issue is covered under warranty, we will provide instructions for sending the machine or defective part to our service centre.
6. Repair and Replacement
• If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the defective part at our discretion. Replaced parts become the property of I2R CNC.
• Repairs or replacements are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
7. Limitations of Liability
• I2R CNC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the machine.
• The maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the machine.
8. Shipping Costs
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our service centre. We will cover return shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements.
9. Governing Law
• This warranty is governed by the laws of the country in which the machine was purchased.
10. Amendments
• I2R CNC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
