The product warranty lasts for one year, starting from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, you are entitled to free repair or replacement services if the product experiences any malfunctions due to manufacturing defects or material issues. Please note that after the warranty period expires, free repair or replacement services will no longer be provided. However, we do offer paid repair services, and you can contact our customer service team for further information. It’s important to note that the warranty typically covers malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects or material issues, and it does not generally include damage caused by human factors.

Yes, please contact one of our dealers to arrange a demo, we have several demo centres across the UK and Europe, and they will be happy to arrange a demo. We can also arrange virtual demonstrations if required.

In the first instance, please contact the dealer you bought the machine from, and their technical team can help you with any issues. Furthermore, if a problem cannot be resolved by phone, we have the facility to remotely log-in to your control software, where we can analyse data and, in most cases, rectify the problem quickly.

Yes, you can contact the dealer you bought the machine from or contact us directly and we will be happy to support you. We can arrange remote tutorial sessions or just offer helpful hints and tips.

The software is designed to work with windows, and whilst it’s possible to add software to iOS to operate the UCCNC software, we do not recommend this. You can use design software using MAC iOS, then transfer to a PC for operating your CNC machine.
